Summer is for pleasure, for sunsets on terraces, shared meals on wooden tables, fresh produce, grilled foods, and tinkling drinks. The summer is for The Kitchen, Alexandria Bay’s newest entry to our region’s late-blooming but much appreciated farm-to-table efforts.
The menu will shift weekly based on what’s seasonally and locally available. Our love of sophisticated, fresh, hand prepared cuisine is evident in the menu, which features a rotation of freshly available local produce, supplemented by the highest quality and most sustainably produced imports.
The Kitchen is founded on principles of sourcing food sustainability, supporting the local community, and maintaining a small environmental footprint. The dishes feature hearty American meals, with a strong influence from French, Italian, and Californian cuisine. The cocktail menu is creatively crafted and punctuated with regional ingredients and bold flavors.
